Message: Financial Debacles

Also a longtime investor, since 2011, I  agree with your comments.

Unfortunately,  as shareholders we only get to vote annually on the Directors at AGM's  but we do not get to vote on the Management of the company. This is presumably decided by  the CEO and Directors.

We seem to stagger from one financial crisis to another. The objective and  heavyweight analysts of Institutions  can see this and stay away, despite our strong and innovative  portfolio of  products now perfectly suited for the latest technical advances.

They also can see that Poet  as a company has done little or nothing over  the years to remedy the  weakness in the company and show a complete apathy and continue to ignore the evident problem.

We, as shareholders , are suffering from serious losses (unless one bought recently) and nobody in Poet seems to care enough to take corrective action.

Does anybody know what recourses are available ? Can a shareholder petition be made or should a Special Meeting be called , to be held live in Canada (the last one here was in 2015).

All above just imho.
