FJ: This is the first time they have ever talked about licensing their core technology.

Why do we keep changing the plan? First, sell engines (no sales yet), then sell modules (no sales yet), then China + 1 (nothing yet), then licensing of technology, then what? Not sure how you can maintain your positivity year over year.
