ATM vs $2.16 price

I actually don't think that the ATM was in play at all until yesterdays drop. My opinion only is that the goal was to hold a $2.16 price point for 10 days to get the warrants locked into a 30 day time limit. As the price came well above the $2.16 value, they decided to open the ATM. Just makes more sense to me.
