The rush to settle the financing is obvious isn't it?  They need the money! It would be a brave choice to turn it down so the sp can improve further.

Institutions are also in the business of getting in as cheaply as possible.  They won't want to wait until news has raised the PP price.  Yes, a lot of shares have been dished out, but it's a necessary evil in this case.  

News or no news.  The PP was much needed and has put a lot of minds at rest.  That said, I find it hard to believe this sudden change in sentiment is not related to a positive news event.  Bring it on!
