Sorry to repeat myself. The option repricing perfectly fits into my takeover scenario within the next 60 days or so. The most likely price will be below CAD 12 (hence repricing up to 11.90) although it will still be a nice multiple to current levels. Loyal employees will get rich before they are integrated into a much bigger entity. Not rehiring a President also fits with the story.

Depending where one got in, this will still be a nice multiple, but the dream to buy a Poet villa in the South of France goes up in smoke.
