I was disappointed when it was announced that Michal Lipson would be joining the board. Nothing against her accomplishments and skills but I have always thought the company's greatest strength was tech development. At that time, I didn't see this area as a need even with R&D continuing to grow for years. I read that announcement as more time to wait for revenue, more of the status quo. 

It's time to bring CEOs and other business minds on to the BOD. I'm excited to learn about her replacement.
