Do you believe that if the company safeguards its technology and patents, it mitigates the risk of the know-how leaving? Shouldn't they, then, be generously rewarded with current options, future salary, and additional options if we achieve significant growth as a company? Why would they want to leave now if we are as promising as they claimed?
