While I 100% agree Suresh options should be repriced...because without him we would be no more.and certainly need him. .but as for some others..once the recipe has been created and recorded..other people may well be able to bake the pie

Would there not be signed non-compete clauses in their contracts with POET if they left which would stop them from improving another companies product..if they indeed jumped ship..
