Slab I am a large shareholder and participated in the offering. You can't know everyones financial situation that bought. Not everyone here is looking for a 10-20 bagger. An easy double over 4 months is pretty lucrative. 

Logic says that there will be selling pressure on the stock once these shares are released. Sorry if that isn't conducive to the agenda but there is a reality to business.
