Well, I've been around since OPEL and every year in the coming days before AGM It seems investors believe Management will release some good news so they start buying. The news is usually tame and they get upset and sell. The traders know this so they buy before the AGM and then sell right after the AGM is over for a quick little profit.

It's been happening for years, I hope that curse will finally end "soon"
