Seems Sheldon’s ThreeD is (still) invested in POET, website slide show of invested companies includes POET (8th slide).  The details of this investment are not actually disclosed under Current Investments as it doesn’t satisfy their disclosure policy:

At each reporting date, the Company will update its investments disclosure to include the following investments:

  1. Investments in which we are subject to insider or early warning (s101) reporting requirements; or
  2. Investments in which one or more of the Company’s management and/or director(s) is a director of the investee; or
  3. Private investments in which we own greater than 10% of the investee.

Presumably, since their investment in POET doesn’t satisfy one of the above, POET falls under “other publicly traded investments”

interesting that over the last several quarters their level of “other publicly traded investments” have risen significantly (from $430K to $2.7M).  Not saying this is necessarily POET, but they do appear to have a fairly focussed portfolio, so makes sense some of this increase could be attributed to POET.
