Can you provide an explanation of how (or if) Denselight fits into the proposed JV with Sanan. Are all 3 companies working jointly towards the same goal, or is the POET-Denselight relationship separate and distinct from the proposed POET-Sanan activities. If the latter, can you describe how they differ and intended outcomes of each.
