doubt it zax in any big way. volumes too low. maybe to your point a bit of  fear by those asks on the NAS causing some to sell to them...most likely on the buy side are are longs buying back in their traders and some other traders sniffing but looks to me some entity is putting lid on price in this range. good size wall on the NAS in this range past few trading days . Few buyers willing to take a bite. Seems to be a prep for a financing in this range or just general market malaise with tech micro caps. imo.
