The 1.6Tb/s silicon photonics chip on display was jointly developed by the National Information Optoelectronics Innovation Center and Accelink, which is one of the world's silicon photonics interconnect chips with the highest single-chip and single-channel rate, realizing the leap from China's silicon photonic chip to Tb/s; It has verified 8×200Gb/s for the first time in the world The PAM4 silicon photonics interconnect chip integrated architecture demonstrates the advantages of silicon photonics technology such as ultra-high speed, ultra-high density, and high scalability, providing a reliable solution for the optical I/O interface of next-generation data center interconnects and high-performance processor chips.

Accelink's 800G high-speed optical module for data centers can reach 8x106.25Gb/s, support hot-swappable, have an operating temperature of 0~70°C, a power consumption of less than 16 watts, and a transmission distance of up to 2 kilometers, which is IEEE compliant 802.3df standard, the interface type is MPO-16 APC, its lasers and detector chips are independently developed, the technical level is leading in China, and has been used in batches in advanced communication construction fields such as large-scale data center interconnection.

The optical engine sensing processor OPU is the industry's first highly integrated photoelectric integrated distributed optical fiber sensing module, which uses the optical fiber itself as the sensing medium, and integrates vibration, strain, temperature and attenuation monitoring through multi-sensor fusion technology to achieve single-core long-distance full-parameter real-time non-blind spot status monitoring, with a single-ended monitoring distance of more than 200km, which provides important support for the further development of power, communications, track monitoring, seismic monitoring and other industries.

It is reported that this year's CIIE attracted more than 3,400 enterprises from 128 countries and regions to participate in the exhibition, and the number of the world's top 500, industry leading enterprises and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises is the largest in the past. The CIIE has also become the "first choice" for the world premiere of many exhibitors and the first show in China, and 440 new products, new technologies and new services for the first time were unveiled during the Expo.
