We recruit a CTO responsible for whole R&D Team including several R&D sites. The related products are optical components and transceivers.
Job Description:
1. Overall management of the R&D team;
2. Responsible for research and development of optical devices, optical modules, silicon-based optical modules, and other related fields;
3. Be responsible for organizing the implementation of new product development and technical breakthrough, so that the company's products can be continuously improved and the technology of products can be kept progressiveness;
4. Responsible for overall product requirements analysis, architecture design, technology selection, module development, debugging, security strategy, and operational management;
5. Responsible for team building, motivation, evaluation, and development.
Job requirements:
1. PHD degree or above, with a professional background in optoelectronics and communication, and good English proficiency;
2. More than 8 years of experience in high-speed optical components, optical modules, or optical design;
3. Familiar with silicon-based semiconductor chip integrated packaging;
4. Have experience in designing high-speed signal integrity for devices and possess design evaluation capabilities;
5. Familiar with the relevant protocol specifications and application environment of optical modules;
6. Familiar with semiconductor optoelectronic theory;
7. Have experience in managing R&D projects and R&D teams.
8. Priority given to having a background in large company platforms
