I have to throw my hat into the "sell off the blocks" ring. In fact, I said as much in a July 26th post. To wit -

You are correct. 28 km is a long parcel of land. That could turn into several multi-million ounce mines if it continues to show the gold we have seen thus far.

If it works out like that I would guess that the price of PEM in 3 years would be measured in dollars.
