PEM compared to VEN

I see PEM being compared to VEN on many discussion boards. Why is this?
What's so great about VEN?

I may sound greedy, but if in fact PEM eventually finds that there is gold everywhere (or almost) on their land package, we would surely have upwards of 20million ounces of gold.

With todays price of gold, that would value our company at 28 billion dollars.

VEN was bought out for roughly 11$/share. let`s use the same number for PEM.

11$/share for 160 000 000 shares = 1.76 billion dollars... Extremely far from 28billion..

I would much prefer seeing 40-50$/share, although i understand that this is extremely far away...

What are your thoughts?
