It seem to make sense (as I have stated before on this board) that PEM focus on proving up one section at a time (i.e. Friday/Monday) and selling that off as the suitors arrive.
Ths is a potential mining district and there is just too much gold-bearing land to prove up in any time-frame that can be measured in less than 5 or more years.
Plus, I see a lot more shareholder value in selling off the sections as the gold resource gets "quantified." Therey could be four or five sections to sell over the next 5+ years.
Anyone else thinking like this?
