Some of you may be opposed to a merger of Kodiak and Sage.

Consider the following:

Bill Chornobay never expressed any interest in Sage. Maybe he opposed a joining of the two companies. How long would it take the present Kodiak management to arrange a merger with Sage, after the opposition left? How long has Bill been gone?

Kodiak and Sage field offices are located on the same property, next door to Kodiak’s core shack.

They have been hush-hush about assay results on the area between Sage’s GE and Kodiak’s GM.

Hercules is the flagship of Kodiak and Brian Mayer is on a fast track to proving up a resource. Who owns the property at the other end of the veins of this resource?

Combined, they have what seems to be around 75% of the claims in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp.

Today’s PP by Kodiak is larger than the present market cap of Sage.

What about a buyout?
