As far as I know Magino is not Itallian..Maggiano is a last name in Italy..

There is no translation for magino..at least I don't know of any or heard it pronounced..Ma-gee-no..

It is pronounced..

Magg(soft gee's) ee-ano..

I wonder if it is a misspelling years ago of Maggiano..

What do I know..??? The last year I spent in Italy(Sardinia) It was drunk out..!!
