I read your post and have no idea what you mean to imply...
Assuming you are a rookie heart surgeon,(Tripple by passess are common as the cold and if you are only at Number 1...)
paragraphs one and two would make sense..It is the third paragraph that needs translation...even Proto Baggins descriptive prose makes more sense to me than #3 paragraph ,as it applys to para one and two...
It may not even make sense to you as day light breaks...
