Sebastian: The minister can release the BAPE report tommorrow if he wanted to. However, the ministry will need to read and understand its contrents and implications before it is released to anyone. IMHO their legal beagles are pouring over its contents to determine where they could have control and how to obtain it. Its all about control over the industry and what the citizens and government can expect to receive from the industry.

I truly hope it is released within the next week or so because if it is not released by the government it will be leaked by la presse (did i say le presse ...I meant the press) and we all know what a mess they will make of it.
