I agree, Rocco, that the science doesn't change but ... the interpretation of the science can and does. It depends on the lens the observer is looking through. That's how minor discharges around a QEC well were deemed unsafe and abnormal by Quebec's 'experts' when, in fact, exactly the opposite is true.

I don't envy Binnion the road ahead including the task of convincing majority owner and operator TLM to stay the course as multiple 'here and now' projects promise bigger, faster payoffs to TLM's board.
