Message: Getting back into QEC

I can tell nothing is going on regarding shale gas in Quebec at the present time .

A new legislation concerning mining is about to be adopted in the province anytime soon , The " Plan Nord " is also getting momentum and the govt. has made good moves to bring the environmentalists on his side , although ...

Shale gas still remains a long way ahead it seems , in regions where it's concerned . But elections are in sight and the actual govt. should remain in place and still push forwards with it's plan .

Energy prices and employment might unlock the situation in the future .
