Well...maybe not that wild. We know that RVX has been shorted, to the tune of over 200K shares as recently as April of this year. That number has fluctuated up and down for a long time, that much is fact...not speculation. We know there are parties shorting RVX, and then covering. There were still almost 100K shares still short as of July 31st....

Now for the speculative part. Let's assume that, whomever is responsible for shorting, covering, shorting, covering and shorting more RVX....let's assume they don't want to advertise their activity. So just for fun let's assume that it is 001 Anonymous on the trading sheet.

So what do we have here? I'm missing the earlier trades, but I'll endeavour to catch them next week. Starting at 10:19 001 is on the buy side for 1,000 shares at $1.52....we don't see them show up again til 1:08 in the afternoon, when 001 sells 500 shares at $1.55....Could that have been the result of a lack of shares being available? Someone caught short will want to squelch any rallies until they've largely covered off imo.

They show up after then for another 2 buys totally 1,800 shares at $1.57....If this speculation is right it would show 2,800 shares bought by 001 and 500 sold...for net buying of 2,300 during this period.

I would suggest that this is how those covering are operating....stepping on rallies by shorting more, then attempting to cover off both the shares just shorted, and those that are held over from previous shorting that haven't been covered yet.

I see we're hitting the lower end of the $1.50 - $1.70 I speculated might be a pivot point....but Koos point of a drop to the 200 dma is which is at $1.44 isn't far off either and a quick drop to that MA would not shock me.
