LSR has put out a watchlist, and while I am not a big fan of paid promotional sites like this....I do find the exclusion of RVX noteworthy as the company has paid to be interviewed by them in the not too distant past:

I got the notification because of the inclusion of PPHM, another holding of mine that shares Eastern Capital involvement with RVX.

A furhter note...they're all ASX, Naz and NYSE listed companies...so that lends credance to the value of getting off the OTC.
