Nothing has yet been answered for me....not directly by the company.

And the communications that have been shared here and on SH are at times contradictory...specifically about rescheduling. On the one hand we have some saying the meeting has been rescheduled, but that the company isn't releasing the details until the agenda is finalized....then we have others who've reported being told that the company ''is planning to reschedule'' but that is hasn't been done yet...and that in some exceptional circumstances the date could go beyond the end of October as required.

It is this lack of consistency that led me to contact the company myself....if everyone here and on SH was repeating the same message, I'd be satisfied with that...

As for notification of an AGM not being required....that would come as a surprise to me. Want to have an AGM but don't want to bother with shareholders? Simple.....just don't tell them when or where the meeting is...
