Hart,  Agree it is not shorting per se.  And while insiders may be required to file with the SEC, in some instances (NOT speaking of RVX here at all) they have not.  In doing background investigations of key staff for startup companies seeking angel funding, I look at the history of the entrepreneurs, including their history with public companies.  Some of these folks did not dot all the "i's" or cross all the "t's" on earlier ventures which headed south.
