Chicken or the egg?  Lots of investors are warned to be leery of thinly traded penny stocks....as I write this we are 1.5 hours+ into the trading day and the TSX is showing zero volume.  

I think we could be in a situation where potential investors might be looking for some volume before dipping a toe....but we're not gonna get volume until potential investors decide to buy in.  

We've all seen how RVX can move when volume moves in.....and likewise we've seen what she does when volume dries up like it has now.
