Your math assumes that the shares were originally bought at $1 per share (because you said you would LOSE $7k- then the $20k you pocket would be your break even point by your calculation) Again because you used the term lose 7k, as in "in the red"

It also assumes that if the FA fails, the stock price goes to Zero. Not likely it will (20-40 cents more likely, with a likely rally later) because we still have other irons in the fire with 208, unlike June 2013.
