Was just thinking about the difficulty rvx has had getting sipport for  Alzheimers trials.

Seems like those with both MI or stroke and dementia are underserved. Those with dementia complicated by a history of stroke/MI have a harder time getting accepted to alzheimer drug trials anyway. Just wondering out loud whether there could be some unique positioning with patients who have the double whammy.

Also wondering about an orphan popularion with renal angiomyolipoma w or w/o tuberous sclerosis. (Came up in a discussion).
