It has been nearly a month since this news release regarding the inclusion of USA patients in BETonMACE. I wonder if the go ahead is dependent upon the results of the futility analysis, the resolution of the imminent loan/financing issue, or both? Of course, it is also possible that neither is relevant and a lot is going on behind the scenes. Maybe they announce first dosing of US patient any day now too?

Hopefully some clarity comes soon. Right now, Resverlogix isn't listed as a webcasting company at the mid-September Rodman and Renshaw conference.......hopefully that changes or they announce a separate Q3 Corporate Update or something.
