I think having FDA approval of the existing trial is a definite positive....all I want is for the company to disclose what the adjustments they've agreed to are.  I know it seems the company has very little (and maybe zero) regard for retail investors, that's my view....and while I don't view that as a bad thing, it is still vexing. 

That might seem contradictory....but its been my experience that when public companies are doing all they can to answer the questions and satisfy the concerns of retail shareholders....I've seen too many cases where those stocks implode.
