On yet another boring, no movement, low volume day I was wondering how long approval (or denial as the case might be) for the $87 million placement might take.  It was announced Oct 13th, so more than 1 month later we're still waiting.  Obviously the financial hardship expemption, and resulting review of RVX meeting TSX listing standards....I think its a safe bet that increases the length of time.  But how much?

The 10 million that was raised in the overnight financing, it was announced June 9th and we were notified that it had closed on Jun 20th. 

Has the company every raised money before in a way that required anything more than customary closing conditions?
