I don't have an issue with short selling...it is what it is, law of the jungle, the golden rule...those with the gold make the rules.  If you have the money and inclination you can borrow shares and dump them back into the market and take the PPS down....no point crying.

But naked shorting, selling shares without positive determination that there are shares available for borrowing...that goes beyond the pale.
