Toinv.....I think that's overstating things a bit. As investors we would always like more information, and sometimes we get it and sometimes we don't. They have been pretty clear now as to where things stand with the number of MACE and the projected timeline for results. Not much more they can do on that front IMO. RVX would have come as far as they have with all this if there were competency issues at play.
