To add to my previous post for clarity, the current financial position of RVX, I believe casts a pall over the stock and might shy some institutional investors away. I don't think the statement will but the actual financial condition might. They will look at the cash, burn and liabilities over whatever time is relevant to them and decide what they are comfortable with. Having all IP at risk of month to month liquidity probably is an issue to many whether we worry about it or not.
