The company has a propensity to hide behind language....which is annoying but by now I've come to expect it.  Saying "it would be our intention" opens up all manner of loopholes if they decide to keep quiet.  Even saying "we plan" is pretty much meaningless as plans can change as we've seen already with the FA and SSRA.  If plans do change they probably wouldn't even bother notifying shareholders.
