We're fast approaching the April 15 date and the expiry of the ROFR agreement with HL USA. 

I think everyone knows the details, what I'm wondering is whether or not this constitutes material information that would require disclosure by the company.  To my way of thinking it must, $8 million is a considerable sum given the company's current financial state.  

Can this date simply come and go with shareholders being kept in the dark?  Maybe not all shareholders, but certainly those of us in the bleachers.
