Yes it does suck. Not the investor confidence I was hoping for. 

It will be interesting if they still go ahead with the public offering, or if they pull the pin like last time. 

If they don’t pull the offering , it will be interesting to see how many they can off load at $4, (even when offering a full warrant with it) when the pice is in the low $3 (or maybe even high $2) range.
