Those are the share prices from the day before the offering news and Tuesday when we finally got some details, a drop of $1.35 per share or 29.5%

From a market cap of over $915 million CDN to a market cap of just over $645 million CDN.  

I make 5 million units out to be 2.5% dilution, or 5% if warrants are factored in.  Gonna be interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow after digesting this news.  Can we get momentum going to the upside again?  

It struck me that our market cap was moving up around $1 billion CDN due to anticiaption of possible BETonMACE success...and I don't see how this offering has in any way changed the prospects for Apabetalone.
