Thanks RVXOT. I don't believe the Broker Warrants are tradable and therefor should not be included in the 5 million total. The Broker Warrants have term of 2 years and not 4 years as is the case with the A warrants. I also agree that any units sold directly by the company would be news released upon closing. Since there has yet to be a news release about this closing we should not assume these units are issued yet.
