however, on Sedar there is a financing document from third eye saying the loan balance is 14mill US and it was not paid down as a financing event was delayed, the last financial reflects that number and in the footnotes to one of the paragraphs in the prospectus it explicitly states the loan is the 14mill US
I strongly stick with my assertion the rest in confusing noise
