Love the excitement. Post-hoc data is great and encouraging. Apabetalone/BETonMACE hypotheses seem solid. But there is good reason that gold standard randomized controlled trials are run to test hypotheses instead of going off of gut-feelings, opinions and post-hoc analyses.
