sumpup - I agree 100%. Not only would that 30% create a supply reduction but I suspect that a big chunck of the 30% is held by very tight fists. If the demand created by potential good or great news is large enough and the supply is less than this 30% there will be a number of shareholders that will wonder what hit them when their $5, $10, $15 and $20 orders get taken out in relatively short period of time.

The potential of apabetalone is mega blockbuster, US$20 per share doesn't even get it to blockbuster status of US$ 5 billion MC or 1 X's annual sales!

All of it depends on whether the news is positive or not. Much of it depends on what info is included and how it is delivered.
