The part I liked in the linked page was this, its too wide so it didn't all get pasted in when I look:

Now suppose that the stock is in high demand, so your borrow rate is at 20%

So if 20% reflects "high demand".... then what word should be used to describe demand with the rate over 40%? Massive?
