Cabel - I see your point about the 48 patients with eGFR<60. Why not split them 24/24 or something close to that? I can only assume that of those 48 patients a greater number has an eGFR very close to 60 whereas a smaller number had an eGFR noticeably below 60 and hence a more clinical diagnosis of CKD.
