sidebar your statement "Entering into a partnership will not provide salaries, rent and other payables"  isn't quite correct in all cases. Some partnerships come with cash up front,  especially if they come with a Right of First Refusal.

Agree, but it would be easier for BP just to purchase at discounted value.  RVX has 20+ other compounds ready to begin P1.  If one would hit, another mega, purchase price back many fold.  With partnership you must consider price of first rights, that has happened before, but only about 7M? from HL, not many operating months for this company.  Still must have Bolt-On or another P3. Many 100's of M's just to have first right plus many more years. Who pays the forward costs after first right.  You are correct that first rights should be considered.  Believe RVX needs more than first rights to stay.  Thank you, I do appreciate your insight, I am corrected.
