desides to go down a few more rabbit holes with PFE wtih Zenith.Thus we may not see a deal for Zenith for min to max one to three more years IMO? Why would't he stay the course if RVX sells? He could work out of his vacation rental :)

I imagine tho that many shareholders would really like an op to collect some cash anytime now , after all isnt that what DM has been saying for well over a year now? What would Hepa want/need to do? Would we have the votes if we get an offer on ZEN?

Either way it should be an interesting 2-6 months ahead with these two companies!

p.s i agree with you Tada,that on the first news of BTD status money became a far less issue, a 2nd BTD status would really ramp things up to a new level!
