You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
IMO they are presenting this information after they present at the Late Breaker on March 26th so they will not have to be concerned about revealing anything that would otherwise have been embargoed. In other words they can let it all hang out.
